Any Regrets?

Just curious. Any of you dog lovers regret ever getting one? I am sure some have for various reasons and I could probably understand that. Things happen in life, circumstances change and maybe even times get a little difficult. But is getting a dog really in the top 10 of regretful purchases? Come on! Apparently, this article on Bundle seems to think so. I still say the joys of having a dog far outweigh any of the disadvantages as long as you have the right expectations. Yes they need walks. Sure, you can’t just up and leave Friday night for the weekend without arrangements. But it isn’t that bad that I would regret having one. What do you think? You regret having dogs?

Planning for our next dog vacation is still in progress. The hardest part is always finding a place to stay that is also a destination, if that makes sense. There are plenty of hotels that allow dogs, like Residence Inn. But how exciting is that. We always look for places that cater towards dogs and have stuff for them to do. You see this a lot for the smaller dogs now. It is a little more difficult to find them for larger dogs. But that is why we are here. Once we find a cool, new and exciting place, we will share it with the world! We may venture out a little further than we typically do. For some reason, Texas keeps coming to mind. I love the hill country around Austin and San Antonio.

So Chloe is back to her old self again. Crusty as ever and feeling better. We have been taking it easy on walks and got 2 miles in yesterday and today and have officially broke the 100 mile mark! We are at  100.5 miles right now. We did our 2 miles tonight and Chloe didn’t want to turn around. That tells me the old-timer is feeling better and ready to go. Now we can get some sleep!! But still no regrets..
