September 15th was a pretty cool day for us. We purchased a house recently and it will be ready in January. So we went up there this weekend to check out the progress and decided that we would bring the dogs up to see it. We are a family and, even if something happens with Chloe before January, thought it would be great for her to see it. We headed up there after lunch when it cooled down some and Chloe and Chanel had a great car ride. Once we got there, it seemed like they were both very happy. So happy, Chloe took off for a run up the street, dragging Alisha along. Check out the video and her ears flopping around as she runs.
She wanted to run up and down the street and we let her do it. She was so happy. It made the house, which doesn’t even have the foundation poured yet, already feel like our home and the dogs knew it too. We took tons of pictures, walked around the neighborhood and then headed back home for the night.
We had a Chloe favorite for dinner. Pizza! Well, the crust is her favorite and she had some crust and was happy as a pig in mud. She was hovering right over our plates and begging like a pro. Her appetite is still very healthy and she is still pushy when she wants something. I don’t see any changes with her personality, but the lymph node under her jaw is more swollen. We have some big plans for tomorrow, so she needs to get some rest tonight. Talk tomorrow….
