If your pups are like ours, they love getting new stuff. Ok, not that they really can tell that something is new, but they know from our reaction that something exciting is going on. Our awesome friend Savannah, knowing our one weakness for shopping in the Dog Dazed household, sent us a cool tidbit on some fashionable pet products. Check out some of these classy finds at Crate & Barrel! Chloe wants the travel bed and Chanel is leaning towards the biscuit cutters. They were on their dog beds counting up the money they have saved.
I love to see great stories about humans working with dogs to help out on a rescue mission or just in our daily roles. It just amazes me how trainable and loyal dogs can be to help us do some pretty awesome stuff in life. I was reading about the Joplin, MO tornado and the article had pictures of rescue teams with dogs, searching for survivors. Those people have been through so much and I really do hope for the best for them and everyone affected by this string of recent bad tornadoes. Then I found this video that was about a dog found after the tornado from a pile of rubble. If you haven’t seen it, check it out on You Tube. The video shows the magnitude of the destruction and just how quickly our lives can be turned upside down. But it also shows how quickly something good can happen when people and pets are found and saved. Sometimes it seems as though our lives are just a ride of ups and downs.
